About us
Who we are
Adelaide ENT Specialists was established in 2010 by Prof Harshita Pant and Dr Mark Schembri, with a common goal in mind: To provide a high level of care for our patients, with a focus on wholistic, compassionate and ethical management. The practice quickly established a reputation amongst general practitioners and specialist colleagues, and the general public.
As the practice evolved, we sought to find a name that would better reflect our unique approach, and maintain a tie to our background as ENT / head and neck surgeons. The name “Calvariam” is derived from the accusative form of the latin word referring to the head. Essentially, “an action that is done to the skull”, reflecting the nature of our work.
